Only the 144000 First Fruits (followers of the Lamb) will escape the Tribulation. The Church will be Raptured at the end of the 1260 days before God pours out his wrath upon the Nations. The 144000 Jews who have been sealed will be protected from God's Wrath; they will become God's people on Earth during the Millennium.
